Refund Policy
All refunds, returns or exchanges must take place in our shop in Lombard. We do not ship or accept returns via any delivery service.
New Items - New items in original packaging can receive a full refund or exchange within 60 days of purchase.
Refurbished bikes. -
Withing the first 5 days of purchasing a refurbished bike you may return for a refund or exchange for the full value of the item as long as there is only normal wear on the bike. Bikes in an accident or showing abuse will not be eligible for a full refund.
After the 5 day refund period you have 30 days to bring the bike back for an exchange of equal value or store credit.
After the 30 day exchange period the bike will not be able to be returned, but will still be under warranty for a year.
Refurbished parts
Refurbished parts can be exchanged or receive store credit up to 10 days after purchase. No returns accepted after 10 days.
* Method of refund - A refund will be issued in the same format as payment was made.
* Refund contact info - Refunds take place at our shop in Lombard (307 S, Main St.) . Please call if you have questions about a return.
* Charges, if any - No charges for refunds. No restocking fees.
